A-Z Recommendation I: Iron King

Our book recommendation for the letter I for YA is... Iron King

Welcome to the world of fairies and we not talking pixie fairies these fairies are the ones that parents would warn their children away from, because not all fairies are nice and sparkly.

Meghan Chase has never really fit in and never felt quite 'normal' but cant seem to change these feelings. During what seems like a normal day Meghan starts to notice that her younger baby brother is not acting like himself, and nothing could prepare her for what she discovered next. Her baby brother has been switched out with a changling, a creature from the fairy world. Meghan must travel to the fairy world to save her brother but what she discovers their is beyond what she could of imagined ... she feels connected to the space, feels a pull to the energies around her and why does the handsome fairies around her seem to know more then they are letting on.

I'm a great fan of Julie Kagawa, she builds a great fantasy world while remembering the real emotions and characters living within them. Great book to waste some time with.
